Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to provide expert recommendations Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly to accommodate new guests efficiently Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery in a fast-paced environment Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills during busy service hours Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and utensils in accordance with sanitation protocols Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Basic math proficiency for cash handling, billing, and change calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork within the service staff Join us to bring energy and excellence to every guest experience!
