Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive top-notch service while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to proper sanitation and safety protocols. Assist with bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high culinary standards. Uphold restaurant policies regarding guest services, sanitation, and overall hospitality. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of guest relations and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Familiarity with culinary practices and kitchen operations is a plus. Experience with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
