We are hiring for the following positions: Key duties include removing dirty dishes, sanitizing surfaces, restocking service stations, providing water, and supporting servers. This fast-paced role requires physical stamina, efficiency, and strong teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Table Turnover:

Clearing used plates, glasses, and cutlery, sanitizing tables/chairs, and resetting them for new diners.

Dining Room Maintenance:

Keeping floors clean, clearing spills, and ensuring the dining area is orderly.

Server Support:

Assisting servers by delivering water, bread, or food orders, and pre-bussing tables during service.

Station Stocking:

Replenishing side stations with clean linens, napkins, silverware, and condiments.

Cleaning Tasks:

Emptying trash cans, cleaning high-touch surfaces, and assisting with closing duties like sweeping/mopping.

Key Requirements:

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Efficiency:

Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Communication:

Effective communication with servers and kitchen staff.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness standards.

Certifications:

Food handler certification required.
