Job Description
Job Overview Job Overview We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital marketing efforts across paid advertising, social media, search, email, website, and other digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and understands how to use data to determine what is working, what is not, and where we should invest next. We are looking for someone who is both strategic and willing to execute. You should be comfortable launching campaigns, testing new ideas, analyzing performance, collaborating with other teams, creating and coordinating content, and continuously looking for new ways to grow our brand, audience, leads, and revenue. A major focus of this position will be paid digital advertising, performance measurement, social media growth, and creative experimentation across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other emerging or relevant marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn Ads , and other relevant advertising platforms. Manage meaningful advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. Continuously test new audiences, ad creative, messaging, offers, landing pages, campaign structures, and marketing channels to identify new growth opportunities. Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, platform analytics, CRM data, and conversion tracking tools . Develop clear reporting that shows what campaigns and channels are performing, what is underperforming, and what actions should be taken based on the data. Work closely with sales, leadership, operations, creative, and other teams to understand lead quality, customer behavior, sales performance, and which marketing initiatives are producing real business results. Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, UTM tracking, pixels, tags, and analytics are in place so marketing performance can be measured effectively. Manage and grow the company's organic social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels . Maintain a consistent social media posting schedule and develop engaging content that increases followers, engagement, brand awareness, and audience reach. Develop creative ideas for social posts, advertising campaigns, videos, graphics, promotions, educational content, and other initiatives that strengthen the brand. Monitor social media trends, competitors, new advertising opportunities, and emerging marketing platforms to identify ideas worth testing. Develop and execute SEO and content strategies designed to increase organic website traffic and search visibility. Manage and optimize website content and landing pages using platforms such as WordPress or similar content management systems. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns, graphics, videos, blog content, and social media content. Develop and manage email marketing, remarketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation campaigns. Continuously improve conversion rates across advertisements, landing pages, website forms, and other points throughout the customer journey. Help establish marketing KPIs, goals, dashboards, and reporting processes that allow the company to clearly measure marketing effectiveness. What We're Looking For Significant hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns , particularly Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing campaigns based on measurable performance metrics such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS, conversion rate, click-through rate, and lead quality. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, UTMs, and digital marketing analytics . Experience developing, testing, and optimizing advertising creative, audiences, campaign messaging, and landing pages. Strong understanding of social media marketing with experience consistently creating or managing content and growing a company's social media following and engagement. A creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas, platforms, campaign strategies, content formats, and marketing approaches. Ability to turn marketing data into actionable recommendations rather than simply reporting numbers. Experience collaborating with sales or other departments to evaluate lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and revenue impact. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, remarketing, and marketing automation. Experience with WordPress or similar website content management platforms. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is strongly preferred. Experience with graphic design, video, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is a plus. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is helpful but not required. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is constantly asking: What is working? What isn't working? What should we test next? You enjoy combining creativity with data. You are comfortable trying new ideas, measuring the results, learning from unsuccessful tests, and scaling the campaigns that work. You are not looking to simply maintain existing marketing efforts. You want to actively build a brand, grow an audience, generate measurable business results, and find new opportunities for growth. If you are passionate about digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, analytics, and building brands, we would love to hear from you.
