Providing excellent customer service is paramount. Servers must be attentive, friendly, and accommodating to ensure guests have a positive experience.

Taking Orders :

Taking accurate food and drink orders from customers, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.

Knowledge of Menu :

Familiarity with the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer customer questions and make recommendations.

Delivering Orders :

Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately to customers' tables, ensuring presentation meets standards.

Upselling :

Suggesting additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or drinks, to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

Handling Payments :

Processing payments, handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.

Table Maintenance :

Clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and ensuring the dining area is clean and presentable.

Teamwork :

Working collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service.

Problem Solving :

Addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary.

Compliance :
