Required Years of Experience 1 year Job Details Protégé is looking for a Server to climb the ranks with our team. We are a Michelin-starred restaurant located in Palo Alto. Our culture fosters genuine hospitality and professional growth. We place enormous value on teamwork and personal respect. This is a full-time position. We are in service Tuesday-Saturday and shifts generally begin at 3pm and end around 11pm. We do not offer part-time server positions. Our ideal candidate is warm, outgoing, and detail-orientated. Some fine dining experience is preferred, but as our name implies, we're looking for someone we can mentor and help to reach their full potential.
