Summary- We are hiring a server for our San Antonio Winery location in Paso Robles. This position delivers the full culinary and pairing experience to guests, combining tableside service finesse with wine knowledge and pacing awareness. This position ensures that every dining or tasting service aligns with San Antonio Winery's premium brand standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary. Execute food and wine service with professionalism and accuracy. Collaborate closely with the Tasting Room team to coordinate pacing and pairings. Guide guests through menu offerings and make thoughtful recommendations. Uphold sanitation, presentation, and service timing standards. Support setup and breakdown of service areas and private events. Maintain familiarity with daily menus, ingredients, and chef pairings. Minimum Qualifications- Must be 21+. Minimum 2 years serving experience. Weekend and holiday availability required. Detail-oriented with a passion for guest engagement. Knowledgeable about wine, food, and hospitality etiquette. Calm under pressure and consistent in multitasking environments. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. #
