Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly and energetic Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Duties:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
• Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
• Proficient in food handling procedures
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus
• Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations
