Company Overview Alpine Hills Tennis & Swimming Club is a private, member-owned facility nestled in the scenic surroundings of Portola Valley, California. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming environment where members can enjoy top-tier tennis and swimming amenities in a community-focused setting. About the Position Alpine Hills Tennis & Swimming Club is looking for a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Part-Time Busser / Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income in the evenings , gain hospitality experience, or get their foot in the door and learn more about the restaurant and private-club business . No extensive restaurant experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. This is a part-time, hourly position with no benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers and bartenders with providing excellent service to members and guests.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to tables accurately and efficiently.
- Clear and reset tables throughout service.
- Assist with pre-bussing and maintaining clean dining areas.
- Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized.
- Assist with dining room setup and breakdown.
- Help the team during busy dinner services and special events.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional service to club members and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage management team. Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Friendly and professional with members, guests, and coworkers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays and supplies.
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required .
- Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, and occasional special events.
Compensation Hourly Pay:
