BIEST IS HIRING SERVERS

We're looking for experienced servers who genuinely care about hospitality. You know the difference between simply taking an order and actually taking care of a table. You can read your guests, make the right recommendations, upsell without being pushy, stay on top of your side work, and help the team without always being asked. You take pride in a smooth shift, happy guests, and strong sales. 3+ years of high-volume restaurant experience required. If this sounds like the kind of server you are, we'd love to meet you.

BIEST IS HIRING A SHIFT LEAD

We're looking for a hands-on Shift Lead who believes great leadership happens on the floor. You're present during service, supporting the team, watching the room, solving problems before they become problems, and building genuine relationships with our guests. You lead by example — jumping in when the team needs help, coaching in the moment, keeping service moving, and making sure every guest feels taken care of. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the shift, not someone who sits behind a computer waiting for the servers to do the job. If you love hospitality, enjoy being around people, and know how to lead from the floor, we'd love to meet you.

Pay:

$16.90 - $40.00 per hour
