Weekday and Weekend Evening Shifts We are looking for a friendly, polished, and experienced Cocktail Server / Host to join our team at our classic, old-school steakhouse and bar. This is a unique, versatile position that combines cocktail serving, food service, and host responsibilities . The right person should be comfortable providing excellent guest service in both our cocktail lounge and dining room while helping create the warm, professional atmosphere our guests expect. Cocktail Server Responsibilities Provide attentive, friendly, and professional cocktail lounge service. Take food and beverage orders and deliver food and drinks accurately and efficiently. Have a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages. Be comfortable making cocktail recommendations and answering guest questions about our beverage selection. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cocktail lounge. Check on guests regularly and provide attentive service throughout their visit. Handle payments accurately and professionally. On busy weekend evenings, focus primarily on cocktail service. Host Responsibilities On designated shifts, the position will combine Host and Cocktail Server responsibilities , including: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage and coordinate seating for the dining room. Take and manage reservations by phone and in person. Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with questions about the restaurant. Take to-go food orders over the phone and ensure orders are communicated accurately to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages to guests in the cocktail lounge. Help maintain an organized and smooth flow between the dining room, bar, and kitchen. Assist the restaurant team wherever needed to provide an excellent guest experience. Qualifications Previous cocktail serving, bartending, serving, or hosting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails and alcoholic beverages. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Professional, friendly, and confident personality. Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant environment. Comfortable answering phones, taking reservations, and handling to-go orders. Able to work independently while also being a team player. Must be dependable, punctual, and well-presented. Must be able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed. Must meet all applicable age and alcohol-service requirements. Pay:

$16.90 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 26.0 per week
