Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food, wines, beer with professionalism and flair Upsell menu items including premium drinks and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash transactions accurately while handling credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Assist in setting up dining areas, refilling supplies, and ensuring a pristine environment at all times Demonstrate extensive wine knowledge and cocktail experience to recommend pairings and elevate the guest experience Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills during busy service hours Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential for order processing and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs confidently Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Experience in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage cash handling accurately while processing payments swiftly during high-volume periods Excellent math skills for bill calculations, change processing, and sales reporting OpenTable experience is a plus for reservation management and guest seating coordination Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
