In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your culinary knowledge, sales skills, and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with professionalism and attention to presentation standards Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service for all guests Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in fine dining environments or with cocktail and spirits service is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, beverage options, and food safety protocols Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing payments and handling sales transactions confidently Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
