Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Your role is to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued while expertly handling food and beverage orders, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash safely and accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and setup for special events or high-volume periods Use openTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Engage with guests to foster positive relationships and address any concerns promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or casual setting Requirements Proven food service experience in restaurants, cafes, bars, or nightlife venues; nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality environments preferred but not required Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
