Preferably on the weekends. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a dynamic and fast/medium paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Menusifu or Clover ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash, credit card transactions, and handle cash handling duties efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas following food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and setting up dining areas as needed to support smooth operations Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience recommend but not required. Proficiency with POS systems such as Menusifu , Clover or OpenTable for sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Culinary experience or food handling knowledge is a plus but not required Familiarity with sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures Hospitality or guest relations experience demonstrating excellent communication skills Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
