Saigon Alley Kitchen + Bar Midtown - 1801 L St #50 Sacramento, CA 95811 Business hours 11:00 AM-8:30 PM Position Summary The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food quickly and accurately while supporting the servers and overall restaurant team. Key Responsibilities Deliver food to the correct table accurately and promptly. Double-check food items and table numbers before running food. Assist with bussing, resetting tables, and restocking supplies. Support servers and other team members during busy periods. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests and coworkers. Stay productive during slow periods by completing cleaning and restocking duties.
