We are looking for someone with elevated dining experience who understands the importance of genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests arrive until the moment they leave. The ideal candidate is polished, energetic, knowledgeable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced restaurant environment. While the primary focus of this position is serving, you must be willing and able to host, serve, bartend, run food, and assist with bussing as needed. We value team members who understand that great hospitality is a team effort and are willing to jump in wherever they are needed. Duties Provide polished, attentive, and knowledgeable table service with an emphasis on elevated hospitality. Greet and welcome guests when needed and assist with hosting and seating. Manage reservations and walk-in guests using OpenTable. Bartend and prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages when scheduled or needed. Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and service standards. Accurately take orders and communicate guest requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen and bar. Run food and beverages promptly and accurately. Assist with bussing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service. Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized service. Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room and bar area. Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team to maintain smooth service. Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and help resolve issues promptly. Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in elevated, fine dining, or upscale-casual service is strongly preferred. Previous serving experience required; bartending and hosting experience strongly preferred. Comfortable confidently transitioning between serving, hosting, and bartending responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktails, and hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy, high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality. Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work well independently and as part of a team. Must be legally eligible to serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with all applicable state and local laws. Any required certifications or permits must be obtained and maintained as a condition of employment.
