Responsibilities Safely transport food orders from the kitchen to dining tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Handle manual lifting of food trays and supplies following safe lifting practices Support food preparation and plating as needed under the supervision of kitchen staff Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to ensure smooth service flow Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all duties Assist with light cleaning duties in the dining area, including wiping down surfaces and organizing service stations Provide excellent in-person customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously Skills Previous experience in food running, bussing or hospitality preferred Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and guests Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing, food handling, and basic food preparation Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role provides an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service.
