Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including cashiering and food handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and manage guest flow Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Proven experience as a server in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques Experience in food industry roles such as serving, bussing, host/hostess duties or kitchen support is highly desirable Knowledge of food industry terminology and culinary concepts to better assist guests Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and nights as required in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
