Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining genuine guest interactions. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Experience with cashiering, basic math for bill calculations, and cash handling responsibilities.
