Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system (Chowbus) Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling procedures and support culinary team when needed to ensure quality standards are met Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of beverage service including wine, spirits, cocktails, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Good math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently Hospitality background with a focus on guest relations and service excellence is preferred Join us as a Server where your passion for hospitality will shine!
