Previous experience in customer service is preferred. We like waiters who are patient, honest, and polite. We welcome college students. The duties of a waiter are to take orders, answer the phone, package to-go orders, take food to the tables, and do cleaning. Tips are split equally among chefs, assistant chefs, and waiters. The division is also based on hours. Working hours are flexible. Depending on hours worked, employees are allowed up to two free meals during a shift.
