Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Prepare and serve a variety of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining spaces, and cashier stations following food safety guidelines. perform drink preparation tasks when needed Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to promote a welcoming environment. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing questions about menu items or dietary needs confidently. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
