Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions swiftly and accurately Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure proper food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and bar spaces in accordance with health regulations Assist with food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods if needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage seating arrangements efficiently Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings like nightclubs Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction Familiarity with reservation management tools such as OpenTable is a plus Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is advantageous for supporting food prep when needed Join us in creating lively atmospheres where great service meets exceptional cuisine!
