We're looking for people who enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and take pride in providing genuine hospitality and great service. At Felix's BBQ With Soul, we serve more than just food .. we create an experience built around BBQ, soul food, family, and community. We want team members who bring positive energy, strong communication, and a team-first mindset every shift. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Assist with side work, restocking, opening, and closing duties Help create a positive dining experience for every guest Qualifications Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation and punctuality Weekend and evening availability preferred What We're Looking For We care just as much about personality and work ethic as experience.
