The Busser/Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and enjoyably. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that tables are properly set and ready for guests. Buss tables by clearing away used dishes, utensils, and glassware to maintain cleanliness. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment in both the dining area and kitchen. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding any special requests or modifications from guests. Ensure that food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Assist with restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is beneficial. A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere. Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory.
