Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Demonstrate extensive wine knowledge to assist guests in choosing suitable options. Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, showcasing experience in mixology. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, bar, and workstations. Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Uphold all safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Experience Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred. Proven knowledge of wine varieties, tasting notes, and proper serving techniques. Experience in cocktail preparation and mixology skills are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
