What You'll Be Doing:

As a Restaurant Server at SOYA K-BBQ, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service :

Greet guests warmly, seat them, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with care. Answer questions about the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and handle any issues or complaints professionally.

Order Taking and Accuracy :

Accurately record guest orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure all orders are delivered correctly and promptly.

Table Management :

Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and other necessary items. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.

Payment Handling :

Process payments accurately, whether cash or credit card, and ensure proper transaction recording.

Restaurant Environment :

Contribute to opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, and assist other team members as needed.

Knowledge of Menu and Operations :

Be well-versed in our menu, including daily specials, and stay familiar with restaurant policies and procedures.

Teamwork :

Collaborate with fellow servers and kitchen staff to deliver a smooth and efficient dining experience for every guest.
