As a Food Runner, you'll be a supporting element to the heart of our culture at CTZN. Right in the middle of the action, you'll find yourself ensuring all of our food makes it way to our guests. We're looking for individuals interesting in potentially seeking a career in hospitality who take pride in high-level service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love bringing stories to life through food, wine, and connection. We currently are looking for 1 candidate that is looking for 3-4 shifts a week from 4-11pm. Thursdays through Saturdays/Sundays. The perfect candidate for this role, is someone kind, friendly, & patience; who finds fulfillment through teamwork.

Running Food to tables, ensuring consistency, speed, & accuracy.

Growing Target:

Learn from our Executive Chef how to call tickets & drive a kitchen to execute a great service. Welcome guests with genuine warmth, and creating a fun & inviting tone for the experience. Collaborate seamlessly with your server team to anticipate and meet all guest needs. Assist the Kitchen with Menu & Garnish Preparation & Execution Maintain a clean & organized work station at the Kitchen Pass/ Expo Window Support Server & Kitchen team by answering menu questions from the staff. Show adaptability and grace under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Consistently embody CTZN's spirit of service and high design by aiming to exceed guest expectations. Necessary:

Must be able to stand and move with purpose for the entirety of a shift Great Communication Skills Active Listening & Spatial Awareness Comfortable in a high-energy, open-kitchen environment Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays Able to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate tight spaces during service Education & Certifications Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required—we value mindset and presence over resume.
