Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual to serve guests at High Roller Tiki Lounge. Must have weekend availability. Duties
- Welcome and Check-In Guests
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar and seating areas and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Manage the reservations and walk-ins and ensure proper flow of the various seating areas.
- Taking orders, running drinks, and clearing tables.
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming and fun atmosphere
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- some bar back and hosting duties also required Experience
- Strong communication skills required
- Knowledge of brewing, food service, and the food industry is beneficial
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with nightclub operations, banquet services, and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
