handhelds, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks and drink refills promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness of tables, assist with bussing, and ensure sanitation standards are met throughout service Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, including food safety practices and ingredient details for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues efficiently Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience in both fine dining settings and lively nightlife environments such as nightclubs Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Culinary experience or understanding of food preparation, handling, and sanitation standards in the food industry Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts in fast-paced settings Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures to ensure guest safety at all times Experience working in fine dining or nightclub environments is desirable but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests!
