Ramen Mura We're a friendly Japanese ramen and sushi restaurant focused on serving delicious food and providing an enjoyable dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet and serve guests in a professional and welcoming manner Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly Maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist teammates to ensure an excellent guest experience Handle and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with state and restaurant guidelines Develop knowledge of the menu, including sushi ingredients, fish types, and ramen broth options, to answer guest questions confidently Handle payments and follow restaurant policies

Schedule:

Full-time and Part-time hours available! Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred. At Ramen Mura, our mission is to serve delicious and nourishing food your whole family can enjoy. Our menu features both authentic Japanese ramen and fresh sushi, prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. Our chefs prepare nine signature ramen broths, each simmered for over 16 hours to develop deep, complex flavors from organic and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. In addition to our ramen and sushi selections, we also feature Japanese appetizers made to harmonize with our signature ramen and sushi offerings.
