As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while efficiently managing their dining needs. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks from the kitchen. Utilize POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Adhere to food handling safety standards to guarantee guest health and satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A solid understanding of food service operations, including upselling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must possess a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
