Job Overview The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced food industry environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and providing timely service. Must have availability Monday - Wednesday! Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, Toast. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and cash registers. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Skills Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling. Proficiency in using POS systems; familiarity with Toast is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
