Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring that all guest needs are met throughout their dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food handling safety standards. Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and responding to requests in a friendly manner. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Cash handling experience is a plus for processing payments accurately. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
