Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Serve food and beverages with professionalism, maintaining proper presentation and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Clover and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales calculations Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Previous experience with food preparation or kitchen support is a plus but not required Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through vibrant service, expert beverage knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
