Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and offer recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders from the kitchen to the table Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, servers stations, and service tools Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously, aiming for exceptional guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a server or in the restaurant industry is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Must be at least 21 years old (making and serving alcohol) and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must have previous experience using
