We offer flexible schedules, free meals, and friendly environment. Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member and become the heart of a lively, fast-paced food service environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing friendly, efficient service while assisting with food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your energetic attitude and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in the food industry, engage with diverse customers, and be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personable service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using Chowbus. Assist in food quality control, and follow proper food handling procedures. Upsell food and drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, server stations, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety regulations Support food delivery from kitchen to tables, bussing tables promptly to keep the dining area inviting. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and cashiering duties Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues in serving, cleaning, and supporting overall restaurant operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service is required, high volume restaurants preferred; Knowledge of POS systems is a must. Strong customer service skills with an energetic, friendly demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Food Handling permits is required upon hiring. RBS certified upon hiring Must be 18 and older Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
