Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and beverage options to encourage upselling opportunities Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and precise processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail service, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage presentation Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills while providing attentive guest relations Process cash and credit card payments accurately while handling cashiering responsibilities with integrity Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining experience or in the food industry at large Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for sales transactions and tips distribution Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tables or tasks simultaneously Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service, culinary knowledge, and a lively team spirit!
