Experienced Server - Native Fields Native Fields is looking for an experienced and dependable server to join our team in Walnut, CA. We're seeking someone who is warm, attentive, organized, and confident providing excellent service in a busy restaurant environment.

Schedule and compensation:

Approximately 25-30 hours per week Must be available for 4-5 shifts per week Weekday and weekend availability required Minimum wage plus pooled tips What we're looking for: Previous restaurant serving experience required Comfortable serving and preparing alcoholic beverages Friendly, professional, and guest-focused Strong understanding of proper steps of service Confident describing menu items and making recommendations Able to manage multiple tables efficiently Comfortable using a POS system and handling payments accurately Communicates well with the kitchen, café, and management teams Dependable, punctual, clean, and organized Willing to assist with opening, closing, side work, and maintaining the dining room Native Fields is a locally owned, community-focused restaurant serving seasonal food, specialty coffee, and thoughtfully prepared beverages.
