Native Fields LLC, located in Walnut, CA, is looking for a reliable and energetic Busser/Food Runner to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our guests. What You'll Do As a Busser/Food Runner at Native Fields LLC, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with clearing, resetting tables, and providing water service. Keeping expo and runner stations clean, stocked, and organized. Carrying multiple plates and trays safely, with a strong sense of urgency. Communicating clearly with servers, expo, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Learning table numbers, seat positions, menu items, and accurately identifying dishes, including allergy and dietary information. Supporting other front-of-house (FOH) duties as needed. What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who are reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. To succeed in this role, you should have:
Availability :
Consistent weekend availability, including Friday-Sunday.
Transportation :
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Physical Stamina :
The ability to stand and move quickly for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Attention to
Detail :
The ability to learn table numbers, seat positions, and menu items, and identify dishes accurately.
Teamwork :
A collaborative attitude and the ability to take direction effectively.
Experience :
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
