Westminster Terrace Senior Living is hiring a Dining Server to join our dining services team in Westminster, California. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys serving others, providing friendly customer service, and working as part of a fast-moving dining team. Unlike a typical restaurant setting, senior living gives servers the opportunity to get to know the people they serve and become a familiar part of residents' daily routines. Compensation $16.50•17.50 per hour Availability Candidates must have open availability , including the ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. What You'll Be Doing Greet residents and provide courteous dining service Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve meals according to established dining procedures Set and reset dining room tables Prepare dining areas before meal service Clear dishes and clean tables after meals Assist with beverages, condiments, and meal-service supplies Communicate resident requests to the culinary team Maintain a clean and organized dining room Follow food-handling, sanitation, and infection-control procedures Assist with special events and community celebrations Work closely with cooks, culinary leadership, caregivers, and other community team members Provide attentive service while maintaining professionalism and respect for residents Who We're Looking For Restaurant, hospitality, senior living, assisted living, food service, or customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with the right attitude Friendly and professional communication skills Reliable and punctual Team-oriented Able to work on your feet throughout the shift Able to manage multiple requests in a busy dining environment Enjoys interacting with older adults Open scheduling availability Ability to meet applicable employment and food-service requirements More Than Just Serving Meals Dining is an important part of community life at Westminster Terrace.
