As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques. Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed, including proper sanitation practices. Serve food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal. Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operations during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests at once. Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to create positive guest relations. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
