Nestled in the Rocky Mountains at 8,058 ft above sea level is the city of Black Hawk, Colorado. Known in the mid 1800's for its ample supply of lode gold, this town once heavy with mines, is now home to Colorado's premier gaming district. At the top of the city is Saratoga Casino- Black Hawk hosting 365 slot machines, a variety of favorite table games, dining and gift shop. Saratoga Casino Black Hawk is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Black Hawk with the best guest service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a Café Server. This position will report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, and will be responsible for: Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner. Operates POS System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions. Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner. Accurately records all F&B revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, comps and coupon settlements. Restocks all items and products in area as needed. Prepares inventory of area and orders necessary stock. Monitors alcohol consumption by guests, adhering strictly to Saratoga Casino policy and Colorado State Law. Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Health Department Codes. Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Restaurant Managers and/or Supervisors. Perform all other duties as assigned. Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.

Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. repeatedly. Able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours. The successful candidate for this role will possess the following: Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Preferred 1 year food service experience preferred Able to work flexible schedule due to the needs of business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Pay for this position ranges from $12.50-$13.00 per hour plus tips
