Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Handle food service duties such as bussing tables, serving dishes, and assisting in food preparation when needed Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and credit card processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with food handling and kitchen support as required Upsell menu items including specialty drinks or premium spirits to maximize sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing Demonstrated cocktail experience along with spirits knowledge to craft diverse drinks confidently Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience with wine knowledge, beverage service, and upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately; experience with cash handling is required Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Additional hospitality experience such as host/hostess duties or bussing enhances your suitability for this role Join us to bring your passion for hospitality alive!
