Server Boulder Country Club - 4.1 Boulder, CO Job Details $13.82 an hour + tips 16 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Employee discount Qualifications Wine knowledge Full Job Description Server The Server is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for members and guests by providing food and beverage services, including alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate is well organized with strong communication skills and can cope well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has early afternoon availability and can work weekends.
Responsibilities:
Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and promptly record all transactions in the POS system. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire food menu, including allergen options for guests with dietary restrictions. Provide excellent service, including greeting members and guests by name. Consistently comply with state, local, and club laws/policies relating to the service of alcohol. Ensure adequate supplies and stock are maintained in the server station. Follow and complete opening and closing checklists for assigned areas, including daily and weekly cleaning duties. Report comments or complaints to a manager on duty as they occur. Maintain and clean equipment, and keep all areas clean and organized. Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Basic knowledge of liquors, beer, and wine. Available to work at least 5 shifts a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Attention to detail, including excellent memory for names and faces. Punctual and professional in manner and appearance. Work independently and as part of a team. Previous serving experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly wage is $13.82 plus tips. Team-oriented, friendly environment. Opportunity to grow your food and beverage knowledge and advance within the organization. Discounted employee meals. Physical Demands:
