The Role Our Support Staff—the Food Runners, Bussers, and Barbacks—are the connective tissue of Counter Culture. You are the high-speed link between the kitchen, the bar, and our guests. Whether you're sprinting a hot plate of scratch-made chicken and waffles to a table or swapping a keg while the bass is dropping, you make the magic happen behind the scenes. What You'll Do Run the

Pass:

Deliver hot, fresh food to tables with precision and a "can-do" attitude. Flip the

Vibe:

Clear and reset tables at lightning speed to keep the brunch energy moving. Back the

Bar:

Support our bartenders by restocking glassware, prepping garnishes, and keeping the ice bins full.

Stay Alert:

Anticipate guest needs—refilling water, clearing napkins, and ensuring the dining room stays spotless. Be the

Glue:

Assist the server and kitchen teams wherever the "beats" are hitting hardest.
