24- 30 per week Employee discount Flexible schedule Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including specials and recommendations, to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Handle cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in processing payments. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and special requests. Uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or seat down restaurant settings is preferred Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with cash register operations; experience with POS ordering system Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Make meaningful connection and create unique experiences for restaurant guests Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts.
