Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements as needed Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and beverage service Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Assist with opening or closing duties as required, including inventory checks and setup of service areas Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management systems is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences in a dynamic setting where your enthusiasm makes all the difference!
