Job Overview:
Are you passionate about hospitality, communication, and creating exceptional guest experiences? Join our team as a Server at a vibrant restaurant at Great Divide Brewery and Roadhouse in Castle Rock. We are looking for individuals who embody our culture and are eager to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent guest service at all times.
- Know the food and drink menus inside and out.
- Take food and drink orders while utilizing suggestive selling techniques to increase revenue.
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the host and busser team to coordinate seating and optimize table turnover.
- Uphold standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction throughout the dining area.
- Ring in orders and handle cash and credit transactions accordingly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
